Why DineAI focuses on restaurant phone calls

Restaurant phone calls are operationally different from generic business calls. A caller may ask about hours, allergies, wait times, pickup windows, catering, modifiers, payment, delivery zones, or whether a special is still available. A restaurant phone system has to understand menu context, not just collect a name and callback number.

DineAI is built around that restaurant-specific workflow.
