DineAI is invite-only. We configure your menu, voice, phone number, and restaurant workflow first. Billing starts through a Stripe subscription after setup is reviewed and approved.

What is the setup fee for?

The setup fee covers provisioning your AI phone number, configuring your voice agent, importing your menu, and connecting your POS. We handle everything — you just need 15 minutes to pick a voice and verify your POS connection.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we'll prorate the difference.

Are there any long-term contracts?

No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No cancellation fees, no penalties.
